DSG’s new Pathways™ program, launching January 1, 2019, seeks to change the status quo by empowering individuals with Down syndrome to achieve their highest potential. It is a life-changing and transformational therapy program for children and young adults with Down syndrome ages 4-20.

The Pathways™ program is designed and facilitated by DSG’s new interdisciplinary therapy team, consisting of an Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. These highly skilled professionals have a combined experience of nearly 60 years supporting individuals with Down syndrome.

Pathways™ will provide individualized, direct support to build your child’s independence, communication, and behavior skills today, while preparing for a meaningful and productive adult life in the future. Families will receive 50 hours of assessment, intervention, and consultation services every year you are enrolled. Targeted and individualized interventions will help your child engage meaningfully in family relationships, community life, and activities of daily living in the home.

Space is limited and DSG can serve 50 families annually. DSG is investing in your child’s future and significantly subsidizing the cost to administer this critical program. Pathways tuition is $250 per month.

If you are a parent or caregiver of a child or young adult with Down syndrome between the ages of 4-20 years old, we encourage you to attend our information meetings to learn more and meet the therapy team.
