Upcoming Adult Events
Adults with Down syndrome ages 18+ are invited to join us! All events are funded by the Down Syndrome Guild and space is limited, so please be sure to register early. All attendees must RSVP online using our registration links.
If you are registering for someone but would like communication to be through you, please use your email address, but use the participant's name when you register.
A reminder e-mail will be sent out the Friday before the event to remind participants of the upcoming event and communicate any details or changes about the event.
Jessica Fahey is the newest staff member at DSG and will be leading the CLUB 3-21 program. She has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities for over 5 years, with experience in both the workplace environment and also a creative arts studio. She is very excited to connect and start building relationships with all DSG members!

DSG’s number one priority is the safety of the people we serve, our staff, and volunteers. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation, while developing and deploying numerous methods of “virtually” serving our population during this uncertain time. With both Kansas and Missouri officially closing schools through the end of 2019-2020 academic year, we have decided to extend the cancellation of our “in-person” services through Friday, September 4th.
DSG has started virtual programming! Adults are welcome to join Zoom sessions from 6:15-7:15 PM or 7:30-8:30 PM on Tuesdays starting May 5th. We know it's difficult when you aren't able to see and talk to friends in person, so we wanted to provide an opportunity for groups to get together and catch up virtually. Each meeting will be an hour long and will be a laid-back space where people can interact as much or as little as they like. We will participate in show and tell (pet edition), movement and dancing, virtual games and more. DSG staff will be present to moderate each meeting and make sure everyone has a chance to interact. For safety and security, Zoom meeting links will be sent directly to registered families prior to the scheduled hangout. If you have never "Zoomed" before, simply click the link for your meeting from your computer, iPad or phone and you should get right in. You do not need to create an account to join a meeting.
