Terms and Conditions
Program Registration Refunds
- Customers requesting a refund at least 7 days prior to start of the event will be given a refund for the registration fee minus a $5.00 processing charge.
- No refunds will be provided for registrations cancelled within 7 days of an event.
Merchandise Refunds
- Refunds will not be granted on merchandise purchases.
- DSG will replace any merchandise that is deemed faulty within 10 days of purchase, without charge.
General Procedures
- Any refund made for an original transaction by credit card will be made back to that credit card.
- All refunds for cash or check transactions will be issued within three weeks.
