Terms and Conditions

Program Registration Refunds   

• Customers requesting a refund at least 7 days prior to start of the event will be given a refund for the registration fee minus a $5.00 processing charge.
• No refunds will be provided for registrations cancelled within 7 days of an event.

Merchandise Refunds 

• Refunds will not be granted on merchandise purchases.
• DSG will replace any merchandise that is deemed faulty within 10 days of purchase, without charge.

General Procedures

• Any refund made for an original transaction by credit card will be made back to that credit card.
• All refunds for cash or check transactions will be issued within three weeks.
